No, we don’t offer direct financing for project management. You’ll need to plan your project’s financing through your financial institution or a lender.
Do you have to manage our project entirely, or can it be partially?
RCL adjusts itself to its customer’s needs, so anything is possible, depending on the needs of each person. We can provide partial project management (for instance, managing the building envelope up to the joints) or complete start-to-finish management.
How much does project management cost?
With contractor rebates and all-in prices, the cost of our project management service is fully optimized. In your budget, RCL will include a fixed price based on your project’s needs, and that price will never change so you can maintain proper control over your budget.
