Do I need to have my own property to use your services?

No. You can have your own property, but we can also offer you one of our own, if needed! Our properties are mainly located in Val-des-Monts.

Does Les Entreprises RCL handle the financing of new construction?

Yes, we deal with a financing service for new construction projects.

How much does a new house cost per square foot?

Since RCL’s houses are all custom designed, we cannot give you the price per square foot. The price depends on each project and its specifications.

What are the benefits of buying a house with the Residential Construction Guarantee (RCG)?

There are several components to the RCG guarantee. After you receive the keys to your home, the protections available to you have variable lengths. More specifically, the guarantee applies for one year for the repair of existing and non-apparent defects or poor workmanship. In the case of hidden defects, the guarantee can apply for three years after you take possession of the home. With regard to design, construction or execution defects as well as soil defects, you’re protected for five years after completion of the work. You should also know that the guarantee is transferrable. If you ever sell your home while the guarantee is in effect, the new owner will be covered for the remaining duration.

What’s the benefit of purchasing a new RCL home off-plan/before completion?

When you purchase an RCL home before it is built, you can choose all the fixtures inside the house (bath fittings, lighting fixtures, etc.). That way, when you take ownership, you get the home that you’ve always dreamed of having without the need to make any changes.
